Working with one beari organization gives you access to the resources and expertise of the entire network through our coordinated referral system.
If you seek business services from a beari organization, but another beari member specializes in your particular business interests and/or needs, you’ll receive an introduction and warm referral to the organization with the specific expertise you’re looking for.
We will track your progress and provide follow-up to ensure you receive the services you need to move your business forward. beari will support you in every way we can.
Comprehensive services tailored to your business needs
beari’s diverse business services and in-network referrals make it possible for entrepreneurs and small business owners to access comprehensive services through the network.
beari provides one-on-one counseling, workshops, webinars, resources and mentoring on all aspects of business development including: startups, business growth and scaling, business planning, accounting, finance, cash flow management, marketing, IT, HR, legal, license, registration and certification applications, capital readiness, filing and staying current on taxes, business mentorships, and any other area you want to explore.
One-on-one technical assistance
Our highly trained and professional business coaches and consultants provide one-on-one technical assistance in all aspects of starting, managing and growing a small business. There is no limit on the services you receive. Our goal is to help you succeed!
Training
beari members host webinars and in-person training on a range of topics that build your knowledge and support the coaching assistance you receive. Training includes presentations by business development experts on a range of relevant topics, state agencies whose policies affect small businesses, useful resources and tools, and much more.
Networking Events
Networking is crucial to growing your business. beari members host events throughout the year that provide opportunities to network and share ideas.
Networking connects you with expertise, builds relationships and partnerships, gives you lead and customer generation, and can build your reputation. Networking helps to keep you updated on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. It also provides opportunities for free marketing for your business.
Industry Specific Expertise
beari includes organizations with expertise in a variety of industries including construction, manufacturing, food, retail and services. If it turns out that the BEARI organization you start working with doesn’t have the specific industry expertise you are looking for, you will receive a referral to a beari member that does have the expertise.
